Totally Fit is a fun way to improve strength, range of movement, flexibility and balance through exercises, using weights, balls, resistance tubes and chairs as equipment, plus yoga stretch. This class is for every level of fitness!

Experience a combination of simple exercises and "easy pose yoga" together with a group of friends and an instructor who supports you improving your health. Dynamics and static stretching exercises increase tendon and muscle elasticity. The benefits of the class are to improve joint range of motion and function, enhance muscular performance and reduce frequency and severity of musculoskeletal injuries.

Instructor, Carol Ertmann, is nationally certified for group fitness and yoga stretch.
